“We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

“I had a flat tire on my scooter on Sunday and someone there offered to care of getting it fixed without me asking. I love people in Indonesia!”

“The hotel seems like it has been renovated recently. They upgraded us to a villa which was a nice gesture. The villa was in a great spot and super spacious, even though funnily enough with almost no wardrobe space. There is only one restaurant and a coffee by the pool that close very early. The main restaurant serves good food, but not memorable, especially for the price point. The staff was kind and attentive.”
